TA Marketing Solutions LLC aka Twisted Angels® (TAMS) is a 24 hour adult entertainment marketing firm which operates as a licensed referral service for elite social escorts for casual dating and travel companionship. We also provide various entertainment & event planning services for exclusive adult-only parties and events. TAMS represents all our entertainers, escorts, & live models based upon the following facts:
- All Entertainers approached TAMS & requested representation at their own free will and signed our contract voluntarily without any type of duress or by force or threats of force.
- Entertainer requested our professional representation as their umbrella marketing agent, safety monitor, &/or personal assistant to facilitate in the promotion & marketing of their services as a freelance INDEPENDENT Contractor restricted to purely a time, companionship, and entertainment basis ONLY. We can NOT and will NOT be held liable for anything other than the services we promote, of which for clarification purposes, are strictly described as an offering of our entertainer's time and companionship only for private individual sessions OR adult entertainment for event & party obligations, and nothing else whatsoever.
- All Entertainers represented by TAMS, are doing so at their own free will, are legally entitled to work as a self-employed person within the United States of America, and are adults verified by TAMS to be at least 18 years of age or older.
- ALL Entertainers have signed contracts, photo releases, and produced 2 forms of verified identification including a Valid Driver's License or State ID. ALL required documents have been approved by the attorney retained by TAMS, were copyrighted by Firm's Owner, & are completely legally binding documents.
- Entertainers are available for introduction only. (ie like hiring a girlfriend, equivalent to hiring an accountant, lawyer, babysitter, or mechanic) on behalf of TAMS. For example, a gentleman is simply paying to meet a date, for companionship and nothing more. Anything else implied or insinuated in promotional materials published by TAMS is strictly for entertainment and/or marketing purposes ONLY.
- Any money exchanged between the entertainer and the client is for time, companionship, entertaining, legal, and clerical services only.
- We will collect funds at time of arrival. Sometimes prepayment of funds for travel appointments, deposits for bookings, and retainers for the inconvenience of last minute or late night appointments will be required at time of scheduling appointment by Credit Card, Cash App, or Venmo. These funds are deposited into TAMS' trust fund and are 100% non-refundable for any reason.
- ALSO, we do NOT refund fees or deposits at any point, once received.
- Non-payment of Entertainer(s) booking fees after their arrival for appointment is inexcusable. If you refuse or unable to pay the mandatory $100.00 cancellation fee, you will be placed on nationwide blacklist and criminal & civil action may be pursued.
- Cancellation fee of $100.00 will be required if appointment is canceled after our Entertainer is dispatched or has arrived to your location or venue. Deposits for events are 100% non-refundable.
- We ALWAYS encourage gifts & tips for the entertainers/companions. They will ALWAYS receive 100% of their tips. Our fees are assessed from their membership & mangement fees. We are 100% female owned & operated. TAMS is owned by a retired Entertainer that's been in the industry 12 years & requires that every Angel is always respected. NO PIMPS or monetary extortion of Entertainers would ever take place or would ever be tolerated within this respectable firm.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual(s), at any time, for any reason.
- You are fully restricted from ordering any services from TAMS if you are a convicted sex offender regardless of your legally-mandated registration status or whether you are purposely choosing to neglect to register as a sex offender in your current state of residency.
- You are acknowledging that you will NEVER threaten, bully, intimidate, harass, assault (sexually or physically), &/or disrespect any of our Angels, dispatchers/phone operators, managers, &/or any other members of TAMS' firm at any time or for any reason.
